Job Description
Title: Florist (part-time)
Responsible to: Store Manager
Location: London

To aid store management in the day-to-day running of the
store and achieving the Company’s objectives of ensuring the highest level of customer service resulting in the store’s profitability.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and developing our high level of customer service through extensive knowledge of the Abigail Ahern brand and our products.

  • Maintaining standards on the shop floor.

  • Receipting and processing of deliveries.

  • Assisting with the development and creation of bespoke bouquets to be sold both in-store and online.

  • Opening and closing of the store in accordance to opening hours provided by head office.

  • Key holder responsibilities.

Ideal candidate:
    • Will have a keen interest in the Abigail Ahern brand, our ethos and the products we specialise in.

    • Will be confident in communicating with our broad range of consumers whilst providing them with exceptional customer service at all times.

    • Will have proven sales and floristry experience.
