As the long weekend is slowly approaching, I thought I would put together my very own bank Holiday Banquet. STARTER: CAPRESE – CLASSIC TOMATO SALAD WITH MOZZARELLA
PREPARATION TIME 15 MIN. NUMBER OF PERSONS 4
- 8 tomatoes
- Nicolas Vahé Olive Oil
- 4 tablespoons of Nicolas Vahé Pesto / Basil & Parmesan
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons of Nicolas Vahé Glaze / Tomato
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Place the tomatoes and mozzarella on a dish and pour decorate with basil leaves, then drizzle with a little olive oil on top. Season with salt and pepper.
