BANK HOLIDAY MENU

As the long weekend is slowly approaching, I thought I would put together my very own bank Holiday Banquet. We have just launched our new Kitchenware collection and Nicolas Vahé small batch condiments, which I love and I hope you will do too! Check out these amazing Nicolas Vahé recipes I will be making this weekend!

STARTER: CAPRESE – CLASSIC TOMATO SALAD WITH MOZZARELLA

PREPARATION TIME 15 MIN. NUMBER OF PERSONS 4
INGREDIENTS:
  • 8 tomatoes
  • Mozzarella
  • Nicolas Vahé Olive Oil
  • 4 tablespoons of Nicolas Vahé Pesto / Basil & Parmesan
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of Nicolas Vahé Glaze / Tomato

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Place the tomatoes and mozzarella on a dish and pour decorate with basil leaves, then drizzle with a little olive oil on top. Season with salt and pepper.
