As we all know, branding isn’t just about a logo. It is a way of defining your biz, it makes you more marketable and gives you an immediate competitive advantage over your competition. Personalising my brand has been key to our success.
THINK OF YOUR BRAND AS A PERSON
Personalise it, my brand is me. I’m its loyalist customer, which makes it super-easy to design and buy for. Our customers are like-minded people so our personalised marketing campaigns are tailored to those customers and myself, obviously. We don’t always talk interiors, we talk books, gardens, food and lifestyle related topics.

We drill down into format, topics and channels most likely to resonate with our customers. We have this amazing community of like-minded customers who decorate differently, break rules and are as obsessed with design as myself.
It’s all about creating a brand experience and that starts at the top with the owner (moi) and my intentions. You need to think of your brand’s voice at all times and have confidence in your products. Engage customers with creative content, entice people, add in animation, videos, behind the scenes, sneak peeks, insider knowledge, heads up on advance sales. Do that and your customers will stay engaged and hang around.
