Sunday kicked off this year’s London Design Festival with the fabulous Decorex. Held at Syon Park again with over 400 hand-selected brands, exclusive installations, unmissable collaborations and some truly inspirational speakers, I thought I should put together some of the highlights you have to see…
I am really excited about this years Decorex with the return of Future Heritage displaying work by some of the leading names in British craft. I am particularly excited to see Richard Lowry, a furniture designer who likes to introduce sculpture into his work, playing around different materials to create unique creations. Love the piece below…

Talk about making an entrance! The main entrance is an installation based on the art of dining. I am super-excited about this as we have launched our very dining collection – you have to see it. I love, love it – I hope you do too. The team who designed the main entrance is a designers dream of Matthew Williamson at Osborne & Little, Larry Walshe, Beata Heuman with Fromental and EligoStudio. Very exciting!

I love podcasts and talks so this is a great opportunity to find out what is going on in the industry face-to-face. I am intrigued about the idea of how technology is changing design (watch out for that on 17th September) and the Future of Design by acclaimed stylist Emilio Pimentel Reid, Francis Sultana and Kirstie Carey from Cole & Son.
Also from a biz perspective, Tips on Growing your Design Business with Polly Williams, Robin Sprong, Ana Azevedo, Kay Westmaas, Emma Hooton. Bring it on!
Right, I’m signing off to swoon over our new Dining Collection – here are a few bits below to give you inspiration for your very own disruptive dining party.
