It’s a beautiful, personal exploration of Lara's heritage.

In this fabulous tome we absorb the smells, the spices and the sights of the Indonesian Archipelago. If there weren’t travel restrictions you would literally want to get on a plane and explore more.
Lara introduces us to a world of flavour and spice.
The book begins with Savoury Snacks like Peanut and Kaffir Lime crackers, moves onto Soups and Rice, Vegetables, Tofu & Tempeh, Fish & Seafood, Poultry & Eggs, Meat, Sambal and Sweets.

The Satay Chicken is divine with the spicy peanut sauce, the Beef Rendang which bubbles away in coconut milk is so succulent, it's to die for. There are fried peanuts, heady spice mixes not to mention Monkfish Stews and Peanut and Banana Ice cream -literally divine.
