A juicy and fresh organic wine that AA refrigerates, this wine is particularly suited to being drunk with a cool tinge. It tastes like a summer pudding, sumptuous and pillowy, particularly delicious with fish, roast beef with salads and some fresh sourdough. Also perfect alongside charcuterie boards or a bbq. Grown on ancient vines and cultivated organically throughout their lifetime.

    Grown on ancient vines and cultivated organically throughout their lifetime.

    This red is made of rare strains of grenache and tempranillo grapes, specific to the Alcardete locality in Toledo. Grown on scenic plots 800 metres above sea level, surrounded by luscious oaks and scrubland peppered with thyme and gorse, these grapes are handpicked at dawn during the second week of September, and aged for 4 months in recycled french oak barrels. This is organic red at its finest, unfined, unfiltered with a small amount of sulphites added at time of bottling.
