Multi-item orders are sent together in one shipment, so they're jointly subject to the longest lead time of any single piece - this is always flagged on the product page.

Mixing paint or wallpaper with homeware in one order? Free UK delivery kicks in at £150 rather than £99, since the two are picked and sent from different warehouses.

Left safely at your door or in a sensible safe place - no signature required. Our couriers do their best to protect every parcel in transit.
Ground floor delivery
As standard, larger pieces are brought to the first ground-floor door of your home - this is the default for every furniture order.

Want it carried to a specific room, up a floor, and packaging taken away? Simply choose this option at checkout.
