UK Delivery Options - Additional
Deliveries can be made to your door or left in a safe place without requiring a signature. Our delivery partners are committed to delivering your parcel as safely as possible.
We work with: Evri, TNT, Fedex, DHL & Private couriers. Larger items may be delivered on a pallet using a kerbside delivery service.
Large pieces/furniture delivery
All deliveries will be delivered to a ground floor level, if you have any requests please contact customerservices@abigailahern.com before ordering.
Made-to-order products (Vinyl flooring, artwork, some furniture & lighting)
Lead times vary for made-to-order products and will be listed on individual product pages if applicable.
UK Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands
Delivery to the above areas will be quoted at check out, if your basket does experience an error this may be due to a weight restriction on our website. Our team are on hand to provide a shipping quote for you. To receive this, please follow the below steps:

- ...a list of product names
- ...your delivery address
With this information, our team will be able to get back to you within a few days after speaking to our couriers.
Deliveries will not include any custom taxes or duties.
International
We ship AA products overseas (with the below exceptions). To change the country from which you wish to shop from, select the correct flag in the top right-hand corner of the desktop. Please note however, this often incurs import & customs duties which the customer will be liable for.
Paint (international)
We don't currently ship our paint internationally.

FREE Standard UK delivery on paint only orders over £99.
If your order contains both paint and Abigail Ahern homeware then your order must exceed £150 to qualify for free Standard UK delivery as these orders are fulfilled from separate warehouses.

Paint is not eligible for click & collect.

Wallpaper and Mural Orders
FREE Standard UK delivery on wallpaper or mural only orders over £99.
If your order contains both wallpaper/murals and Abigail Ahern homeware then your order must exceed £150 to qualify for free Standard UK delivery as these orders are fulfilled from separate warehouses. Please note that they will be sent separately to you.

Wallpaper and Murals are not eligible for click & collect.
Please note that Murals are non-returnable as they are made to order, however Wallpaper rolls are returnable for credit as long as they are unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
