With all that fruitiness then evolves secondary herbaceous notes and an interesting mineral complexity. Delicate and spicy you’ll uncover touches of spice with souk aromatics such as cardamon, turmeric and ylang ylang tea. This is a big hitting wine with lots of pulling power that pairs well with a host of meals including fish and seafood and south- eastern Asian cuisine.
