This beautiful full bodied luscious white wine has an expressive palette of white peach, mango and a touch of orange blossom. Complex and elegant with its floral fruity notes it pairs particularly well with seafood, pastas and risottos, rich vegetables and exotically spiced dishes. Grown on ancient vines and cultivated organically throughout their lifetime.

    This white is made of a delicious mix of Airen, Malvar, and extremely rare Pardillo and Verdoncho grape varieties specific to the Alcardete locality in Toledo. Grown on scenic plots 800 metres above sea level, surrounded by luscious oaks and scrubland peppered with thyme and gorse, these grapes are handpicked at dawn during the second week of September, and aged of lees for 4 months, then in recycled french oak barrels for 3 more. This is organic white at its finest, unfined, unfiltered with a small amount of sulphites added at time of bottling.
