How do I Earn points?

1 x point for every pound you spend.

Good to Know


• Your points expire after one year (365 days) from when they were first earned.


• You can view, redeem and manage your points in your account.


• Points can be exchanged for a voucher when the total earned meets a denomination of 100 points.
I.e it is not possible to redeem 50 points.


• In your account you can exchange your points for a voucher, you can input this voucher code at checkout when you place your next order. You can redeem one voucher per order. 


Rewards Terms & Conditions

• Rewards members can earn 1 point for every £1 that they spend online at Abigail Ahern. Points can be exchanged for vouchers within your rewards account. You can redeem one voucher per order.

• Rewards points will remain credited to your account for 12 months after your last order. After this time your points will expire.

• If you are redeeming a discount code, gift voucher or rewards voucher in your order the value will not count towards your points balance.

• Please note, we cannot retrospectively apply points to your account for orders placed prior to your account creation.

• In the event of an order/item refund, the applicable points will also be deducted from your account.

• Our loyalty programme is only available to our retail customers and does not apply for trade.

• Abigail Ahern reserve the right to change or update our loyalty programme, tariffs, exchange rate, tier benefits and terms and conditions at any time without notice. 

• Abigail Ahern reserves the right to suspend or terminate any loyalty account if we reasonably believe our terms and conditions have been breached.
