A Super Smoothie Way Start To Your Day
Kitchen Hang Out
The busiest and most used room in my pad has to be the kitchen, it's definitely the heart of my home, where I start the day, unwind at the end of the day and where I hang out at the weekends, reading cookbooks like novels, planning recipes and generally just pottering, cooking and prepping, it's my happy place.
Hence my advice has always been to treat the kitchen like your living space, not only does it make this notoriously sterile room feel more integrated with the rest of the house, but I also feel connected to the space as a whole.

I am pretty obsessed with getting my 30 plants a week, which sounds like a lot, but actually it's super easy. G and I have green smoothies a lot, especially in the warmer months. I just take a handful of yummy ingredients (see recipe below) and pop them in the super fabulous Vitamix E320 which takes no time at all to turn it into the yummiest smoothie ever! Such a great way to start the day, I highly recommend it.
