We’re entering holiday season where friends and family visit and we all start panicking about how our homes look and feel.

I find myself starting to fine tune my lighting and making small tweaks that bring a sense of warmth and intrigue to every room in the house (check out my faves below) and it’s at this time of year that I lean into my kitchen more, nothing makes me happier than pottering around on the weekend, batch cooking and tray baking from soups to roasted veggies and listening to a Podcast. (All the details below).

If you haven’t started thinking about the holidays yet (why not)! Kidding – we have the most beautiful collection of branches, berries and foliages from Rosehip dappled, to pine branches and all sorts of stems for the holiday table to Christmas decorations and presents.

Meanwhile have to hunt out a birthday present for Graham and take him out it was his birthday when I was in the States and with so many weeks out of the country worry he is getting a bit neglected. I also need to spend some quality time with Myrtle with Monkey no longer with us she has become a bit of a snuggle bunny which I am lovely.

From introducing the Sputnik lamp in Coral to the Wilbert Table Lamp, and not forgetting our portables their warm soft glow creates such a cosy atmosphere. I am rug obsessed and have nabbed the Landon, Karachi and Kollam, their beautiful patterns and earthy vibe have enlivened so many rooms in the house.

Gem and I have had a massive travel schedule – from trips to India and China to sign off AW26 then a dash across the pond to San Francisco and then onto New York to exhibit at the BDNY. It was the first time launching our fauxs to the hospitality industry and we were overwhelmed with the response. We had to extend our trip it was so full on.
