From humble beginnings, opening the tiniest store on Upper Street, Islington to now being recognised as a global interiors brand, I've learnt a heap of stuff along the way. So in celebration of this biz now turning 24, I wanted to share my own nuggets of wisdom, from breaking the rules and sometimes walking away, here are my top 24.
